Imagine what will it cost you if you don’t do something about your depression and low self esteem? It’s true. Depression wrecks lives.
* At any moment in time it is estimated that 5% of U.K. adults are suffering from depression. THAT’S OVER HALF MILLION PEOPLE.
* 1/3 of all adults will suffer from depression at some point in there lives.
